The location was central, great also really close to airport which was a plus for us. Our room was nice and appropriate with it's own balcony and free wireless internet access.

The location was magnificent, specially it was nearby a trolley bus stop which was useful. Went to Rockin Baja Lobster for drink or two, set around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The room I booked was kept clean and available with double beds and coffee table, as for instance. Particularly nice breakfast served at the bar.

We had a room facing I-5 Fwy. We were surprised not to hear any traffic or cars while we were staying there.
Front desk staff was nice but very busy hotel for only one person. I choose this hotel because you offered a hotel shuttle. The website did not state it was only available starting at 6:00 a.m. MAJOR DISSAPOINTMENT

The hotel has amazing staff, from the check-in desk to friendly maids. The rooms are nice and appropriate, with a sofa and balcony. Great dishes and a central location on the West Coast. Very close to El Campo Santo Cemetery.
